The service includes features such as automated message responses, business knowledge management, multi-language support, analytics, and integration with various social media platforms.

Social Media Integration

Our services allow you to connect your social media accounts including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Telegram bots, and website chat systems. When you connect these accounts, you grant us permission to:

Access and read messages sent to your connected accounts
Send automated responses on behalf of your business
Store conversation data for service improvement and analytics
Access basic profile information as required for service functionality

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect these accounts and that your use of social media platforms in connection with our services complies with each platform's terms of service and applicable laws.

You remain responsible for all content posted through your connected accounts, whether sent automatically by our AI system (using your uploaded responses) or posted manually by you.

AI-Powered Response System

ChhlatBot uses artificial intelligence to understand customer inquiries and match them with appropriate responses from your business knowledge base. Our AI system works by:

Analyzing incoming customer messages to understand their intent and content
Matching customer inquiries with relevant information from your uploaded business knowledge base
Selecting and delivering the most appropriate pre-defined responses that you have provided
Supporting multiple languages and formats (text, audio, images) based on your uploaded content

You acknowledge and agree that:

All automated responses are based solely on the business information and response templates you upload to our platform
The accuracy and appropriateness of responses depend on the quality and completeness of your uploaded content
You are responsible for ensuring all uploaded content is accurate, current, and appropriate for your business
You should regularly update your knowledge base to maintain response quality
You may modify, update, or disable automated responses at any time through your dashboard
While our AI strives to match inquiries accurately, response selection may not always be perfect

You remain fully responsible for all content in your knowledge base and all automated responses sent on behalf of your business, as these are derived from your own uploaded materials.

Data Processing and Privacy

In providing our services, we process various types of data including:

Customer messages and conversations from your connected social media accounts
Business information and knowledge base content you provide
Usage analytics and service performance data
Account and billing information

You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions to share customer data with our service and that such sharing complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Subscription and Billing

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers (Intern, Assistant, Manager). Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or other agreed billing cycle.

You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges incurred under your account. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your service.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent billing periods.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy. Free trial periods, if offered, are subject to the terms specified at the time of signup.

Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

You acknowledge that third-party platforms may impose rate limits, restrictions, or other limitations that could affect our service performance.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Preah Sihanouk province, Cambodia.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
